2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. User Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they post on Wish Genie. By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service, but you remain the owner of your original content.
